Application Developer

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary
The Application Developer is responsible for all aspects of Software development to support the organization. This includes develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. This position will report to the Application Development Manager.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, (Preferred) and/or a related work experience
• Minimum of years (3) years of experience working through the requirement, design, configuration, QA & UAT testing, implementing and delivering in release cycles
• Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.
• Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Expert communication skills both written and oral.
• Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.
• Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.
