Description

Are you interested in joining SAIC to be part of our partnership providing high quality software engineering services, for our government intelligence agency customer? Then consider joining the members of the DRAGONCONFETTI team as they aid our customer in providing excellent software engineering services.

We have a current need for a qualified engineer to support various application platforms, including Feith, Cognos, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), CaseWare, and SharePoint. You'll support our customer’s efforts to transform a legacy web application that utilizes Java, XML, EJB 3.0, ICEFACES, Maven, JBOSS, and Perceptive into a newer, more modern system using Java, an Oracle SQL Database, and XML that will be developed with an object-oriented development design. This position is in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The selected platform engineer will:

• Identify, analyze, and correct active and impending problems with Feith, Cognos, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), CaseWare, or SharePoint
• Support usage of Feith, Cognos, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), CaseWare, or SharePoint by creating accounts, modifying configuration files, or performing whatever actions are needed to allow users and processes to be given access to the product or to be removed from access
• Establish and operate backup and recovery processes and procedures appropriate for Feith, Cognos, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), CaseWare, or SharePoint
• Support applications utilizing Feith, Cognos, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), CaseWare, or SharePoint as a platform

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph
• Two (2) years of experience in systems administration in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Two (2) years of experience in supporting one or more of the following application platforms:
  • Feith
  • Cognos
  • Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow)
  • CaseWare
  • SharePoint
