Summary/Objective

Patient Scheduling Concierge answers incoming and outgoing cosmetic calls, displays an energetic, welcoming attitude, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsible for tracking and converting all incoming leads, outbound campaigns to generate consultations, and promoting aesthetic services, body contouring treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic services. Pay ranging from $18/hr based on experience.

Essential Functions

The following is a general outline of the basic responsibilities of the Patient Scheduling Concierge:

  • Serves as the point person calling customers for cosmetic services and answering all incoming cosmetic inquiries, including plastics, Neograft®, cosmetic injectables, lasers and other energy devices.
  • Coordinates scheduling for cosmetic treatments; assisting when requested, in introducing the patient to programs offered within practice that provide financing.
  • Promotes aesthetic services, body contouring treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic services.
  • Responsible for cosmetic rescheduling campaigns due to provider illnesses, PTO or marketing events.
  • Obtains and updates all patient demographics at initial and subsequent patient contact including insurance or self-pay information.
  • Encourages patients to enroll in the patient portal prior to appointment.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all providers scheduling preferences.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in similar capacity involving direct telephone communication with the public, preferably in a medical or retail setting
  • Previous Spa or cosmetic sales experience a plus
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
