AB Staffing Solutions, a nationwide leader in travel nurse, allied, and locum tenens healthcare staffing seeks a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Gilbert, AZ.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be expected to develop and facilitate contracting opportunities by engaging with decision-makers in healthcare organizations across the country to generate new client prospects and qualified leads as well as establish and negotiate contracts for our healthcare staffing services. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting sales goals and facilitating new business development with a focus on Locum Tenens Physician and Advanced Practice staffing.
- Developing and executing high-volume client outreach efforts, primarily by phone, email and social media.
- Ensuring that current, competitive information is updated in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application system.
- Researching and preparing sales strategies for potential clients.
- Attending trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops and other company and client-sponsored events, as necessary.
To qualify for this Business Development opportunity, you must have at least one to two years of experience in full cycle sales, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and relationship management, preferably in the staffing industry. In addition, you must:
- Have effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be comfortable spending a large portion of the day making outbound phone calls (minimum 50 per day), with the intent to increase leads and referrals.
- Be proficient in MS Office and be comfortable utilizing company databases.
- Be able to work some overtime and weekends, as needed.
