Pay Rate: $16.00 -$19.00
Location: Cathedral City & Desert Hot Springs
This position is responsible for manicuring dry flowers from the stalk and breaking down plants to process/trim them to meet the highest quality standards. Also responsible for tracking the batches that they trim including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the un-usable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
Trimmers are responsible for the manicuring and preparation of the cannabis plant
They must be able to take raw material and prepare it to cure
At all times trimming work will be performed following company sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of sanitary/protective gloves.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures
Good hand and eye coordination
Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to operate a weighing scale accurately
Detail-oriented
Ability to stand or sit for long periods
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow direction
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 and over
Must pass a live scan
Previous experience as a bud/weed trimmer and harvester is preferred
Previous experience in the marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred.
