Job Overview
We are fast-paced and high-demand, non-profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at-risk population. Cross-training is available and expected for all positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide daily on-site supervision to assigned center
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and state licensing regulations
- Responsible for implementing effective team building strategies
- Collaborate with management team to ensure proper implementation of service delivery plans
- Oversee supply inventory, ordering, and building maintenance needs
- Submit documents, reports, time sheets and requests as needed
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor’s degree or higher, in early childhood education or related field
Preferred Education Level
Master’s Degree in any field related to children or business
Experience
1-year supervisory experience
Preferred Experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
2+ years of direct experience with at-risk population
Personal characteristics: Effective leadership skills, reliable
Certifications: None
Physical abilities: Lift 30 pounds

Pay: $20.13 - $22.47 per hour
