The Client Service Manager plays a very important role in the day-to-day operations of our firm by providing overall support to Advisors, helping with critical tasks that drive productivity, and exceptional client service. The CSM should be organized, detail-oriented, and work well within a team environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping and Accounting:

· Banking; bill pay, deposits, account reconciliations and check writing

· Payroll and 401k procedures

· P&L Reports, 1099 & W2 reporting to accountant and Tax reporting to IRS

· Insurance commission tracking

2. Client Service:

· Money management: incoming deposit, outgoing transfers, checks and wires

· Account management: open, update and close accounts.

· Oversight of all client activity and notes to completion through Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

· Prepares reports and checklists as needed for client appointments, including sending out agendas

· Assembles quarterly Client Reports & fee billing for review

3. General Office:

· Manage calendar, lead weekly meeting, schedule appointments

· Prepares conference room for client meetings

· Manage phones, mail and correspondences

· Ordering of supplies, refreshments, and gifts

· Review, update and execute standard operating procedures for a variety of workflows

Experience, Skills and Core Competencies

  • 2-5 years operational experience within the financial services industry; specifically, in a broker/dealer or Registered Investment Advisory firm environment
  • Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
  • Must be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment

· Commitment to training in a variety of software programs and websites

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and industry knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
