As Team Operations Lead and Transaction Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting our team in management of day-to-day operations and implementation of strategic objectives.

You are highly organized and detailed, enjoy interfacing directly with clients, and have the ability to coordinate a multitude of regional and national projects.
What you bring
› Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
› Advanced technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
› Must have Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
› 3+ years’ experience supporting sales team in with Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
› An excellent command of writing, grammar, punctuation and plain-English principles.
› High levels of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy a must.
› Flexibility with working hours a must.
› Action oriented and enjoys working hard; is goal oriented, energetic willing to take on challenging assignments, and comfortable in client facing settings; seizes personal development opportunities.

What responsibilities of this role looks like
› Works within the regional marketing group to interface with the organization and Greater Philadelphia Industrial team on their marketing requirements.
› Manage Commercial Listings from the beginning of the deal until completion.
› Update agreements and documents
› Create marketing brochures/ surveys/ OMs/ BOVs/ aerials/ data sheets / client specific packages/ aerials/ maps
› Create marketing blasts/newsletters/ social media content
› Uploading and managing online listing websites, such as colliers.com and other relevant media (CoStar, LoopNet)
› Schedule email blasts
› Order signage, drone aerials, postcards
› Basic research information for prospect list
› Research property site information using various sources (Costar, Loopnet, LandVision, local county sites)
› Create aerial, maps, and site packages.
› Manage production of research and design for market information site packages
› Solely manage activity reports via spreadsheets and VTS system for Landlords.
› Create surveys for Tenant/Buyer representation opportunities
› Coordinate printing, binding, of marketing materials, tour books, presentations, etc.
› Coordinate printing/scanning with outside vendors.
› Contacting outside brokers/landlords for property information
› Create and manage monthly availabilities
› Create, enter data and manage databases for brokers distribution or blast lists.
› Enter information into SalesForce
› Create and manage Facebook, website, newsletter, Linkedin, Twitter, etc. pages
› Create effective strategies and management of all social media sites and content
› Creating and managing personal email blast and contact lists for each broker
› Create Press Releases for Brokers completed deals
› Commission Statements
› Exclusive Agency
› AOS Agreements/Lease Agreements Documents
› Maintaining completed deals database for your team
› Assist in setup/breakdown of vendor shows
› Purchasing and expensing broker’s company accounts
› All other duties assigned
