This is a detail-oriented position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Daily duties consist of managing emails to ensure timely responses. The position requires the ability to handle various customer situations with enthusiasm and tact while proactively working on established accounts and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, as well as billing customers in a timely manner.
