Qualifications:
- HOA Community Management Experience is required
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local regulations
- Facilitate and attendance at the Association meetings
- Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents
- Attend appropriate HOAMCO training classes, meetings and seminars as request
- Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget, Management Reports and Agendas
- Manage residential files, records, legal documents, property deeds, construction plans and other relevant records
- Review contractual services and on-site work as needed
- Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service
- Create and prepare Board of Directors Packets, Agendas and Management reports
