Job Description:

· This position will be responsible for the monitoring and facilitation of materials receipt, inventory, and returns in both the Imaging and Diagnostic field organizations.

· The Inventory Support Specialist will monitor a comprehensive materials dashboard, which provides information on the end-to-end flow of materials, and will directly communicate with the appropriate entities to ensure materials are picked up, inventoried, and or returned to stock in compliance with the tool and test equipment program.

Tools and programs to be utilized:

· Material Dashboard

· SAP

· Outlook

· Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)

Key interactions for this position would be with Customer Service Engineers (CSE), Regional Service Managers (RSM), Zone Vice Presidents (ZVP), 3rd Party Logistics provider (DHL), FedEx, calibration provider, and the Tool Center staff.

Specific responsibilities:

Monitor materials dashboard for the following:

· Materials awaiting the pickup from FedEx

· Materials receipt confirmation

· Material usage/consumption by the CSEs

· Good/defective material returns to 3PL by CSEs

· Materials delivery to 3PL

· Materials Lost in transit

· Materials to be left on site

Communicate with the appropriate party as outlined in key interactions for the following:

· Ensure materials are picked up from FedEx on time

· Ensures CSEs that have physically received materials conduct a confirmation receipt scan

· Coordinates with CSEs for the returns of good or defective materials

· Assists to resolve inventory discrepancies

· Informs the Inventory Management group of any shipping issues

Analysis and tracking for the following:

· Conducts analysis of alerts dashboard for metrics

· Tracks outstanding action items and corrective actions required

· Performs inventory discrepancy research when required

· Corrects CSE inventories when required

Qualifications for a successful candidate are as follows:

· Have 2-4 years of applicable experience as outlined above with emphasis on inventories and research

· Possesses 2 years of experience with dashboards, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite

· Good ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Excellent written and oral communications skills

· Work in person in the Memphis, TN warehouse facility

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
