FULL-TIME DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing dental practice in Cooper City, FL, that prides itself on providing an elevated standard of dental care, service, and experience for the community. We have one dentist and one surgeon. We are FFS/PPO only.

Candidate will be given strong support from the leadership and from the rest of the team. Candidate must show willingness to integrate with our company culture of Trust, Empathy, & Cooperation when working with the rest of the members of the team. The ideal candidate must have a friendly and positive personality with great communication and customer service skills. We are looking for a candidate who is a Team player and enjoys putting patients and people at ease and making them feel comfortable and welcome. We are looking for a candidate to effectively and efficiently do all things office management, patient treatment coordination, financial presentation, doctor and hygiene schedule management, dental insurance handling, team/staff management and schedule management, phone and email communications, reports, meetings, etc.

Approximately 35hrs per week.

1 year dental office manager experience required. Dentrix experience a plus. Bilingual- English & Spanish- is a plus.
