Job description
Produce, update and revise U-2/T-38 aircrew and operational support personnel courseware to support academic, training device and flight events of the training systems covered under this contract. Develop all courseware using the current model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD) as defined in AFM 36-2234 and AFH 36-2235. Courseware materials will support formal course programs, CT programs and U-2/T-38 operational support programs; And other duties, activities, and/or tasks as assigned by company leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related discipline with a minimum of 18 hours of undergraduate credit in the areas of Instructional Methodology, Tests and Measurements, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development or Learning Theory
- Have attended the military ISD course, or civilian equivalent
- One year experience in training development
- One year experience in developing computer-based instruction
- Portfolio, or sample of lesson to demonstrate mastery of ISD
- Area of educational emphasis in Instructional Technology
- Three years of experience in training development
- Security Clearance: Secret (or ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance)
