BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Help Desk Manager on the HITS-U II program at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The Help Desk Manager will lead a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians who are both on-site and work across the HPCMP Enterprise. Key responsibilities include maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) that align with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set policies and establish procedures to operate HPC Help Desk 0800-2000 ET 5 days per week, evaluate user issues across the HPCMP Enterprise for commonality, serve as the primary stakeholder for the HPC ticketing system (ServiceNow), and communicate outages and maintenance periods to the HPCMP's user base.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years’ working experience, or equivalent experience; candidates with Armed Forces college courses or Associate Degrees, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
A SECRET clearance is required to start.
