RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food quickly, efficiently, and safely while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks with your team.
• Create the team member line up, manage breaks, and assist in inventory management at the shift level.
• Engage team members to perform at their best each day to become better versions of themselves overall.
• Set the pace for the kitchen in being remarkably fast and efficient.
• Take ownership of the shift.
• Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Ensure food quality and safety throughout the shift utilizing the tools and resources provided by Chick-fil-A.
• Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have open availability.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Must have basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
