We are looking for an Office Assistant for our front desk.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate department
- Greet persons entering the business
- Communicating with Vendors
- Prepare memos, correspondence, and taking meeting notes during team meetings
- Scanning and organizing receipts, invoices and other documents
- Maintaining organization of the primary office Space
- Taking and keeping track of monthly inventory for office supplies
- Assisting Human Resources with any paperwork and in house events being held
- Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

- have experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities and needs.

- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Microsoft Excel required
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8a-5p
