Job description

We are looking for an entry level Porter/Groundskeeper at our apartments in New castle ! This position will require learning basic apartment maintenance.

Located at 1139 Pin Oak Drive, New Castle PA 16101. This is an affordable housing complex with 184 units.

Job duties would include:

• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with general community maintenance
• General Housekeeping and Grounds Keeping ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors
• Completing work orders and general maintenance requests
• Prepare apartments for new tenants
• Trash removal, litter pick up, upkeep of common areas

Additional Requirements: must be motivated, detail oriented, available to work in all weather conditions and “on call” for emergencies. (On call will be on a rotating basis) Applicants must be willing to learn new skills, able to communicate effectively, and work reliably with little supervision.

Pay is negotiable and based off experience.
