Position Overview:
Kadiak, LLC is seeking a
Full time Program Manager in support of the Department of State.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the single management focal point between multiple intelligence agencies.
- Responsible for the execution of all services and projects related to information sharing across multiple intelligence agencies.
- Support integration of classified systems across multiple intelligence agency platforms.
- Builds and maintains a strategic enterprise partner relationship with the Medical Bureau
- Coordinate efforts with PHIMS Program Manager as appropriate.
- Apprises the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of all significant issues in a timely manner.
- Provides strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the project teams.
- Ensures program integration across task areas, work groups, intelligence agencies, functional/technical teams and delegates administrative, financial, and coordination duties as necessary.
- Ensures use of innovative processes to plan, organize, and control all contract services and activities, manage risks and to monitor performance.
- Ensures all Task Order activities meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
- Ensures effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate intelligence agency groups with competing priorities.
- Analyzes significant deviations from plan, takes corrective actions, and forecasts any impact on PHIMS Task Order deliverables.
- Valid Passport is preferred
- Oversees definition of and adherence to PHIMS standard processes.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- At least two 2 years’ experience in occupational health or related experience
- 1-3 years of experience working directly with government staff preferred
- Experience supporting Federal business operations at a government site
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Advance with MS Office applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Analytical, conceptual, verbal, written communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills required
Education/Certification:
- MBA or MS/MA degree Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related Technical Discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Excellent external and internal communications skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must possess ability to speak and understand English.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Electronic Health Record Computer Skills:
- Advanced computer skills are essential in use of an electronic medical record.
Working Environment & Conditions:
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
