We are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER to join our team and successfully manage a portfolio of buildings in the BRONX! As an established real estate owner/management company in business for 80+ years, we are continually growing and stronger than ever.

This individual must have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in the field with multi-family properties, and knowledge of the following: contracting, leasing, DHCR, and violations for the New York metro area, and rent collection.

The applicant must have good tenant relations, and must also be highly organized, self-motivated, excellent at multitasking, confident, a team player in order to get the job done, can handle a fast paced/intense work environment and workload. You will have to work closely with various departments within our organization, as well as outside and on occasion you will be required to attend court.

This job requires 90% of your time to be out in the field managing your assigned properties, with 24/7 coverage. You will be required to spend time in our main office, which is located on Long Island, to attend mandatory meetings and to handle your paperwork. A vehicle is required for this position.

Salary and Benefits will reflect your skills and experience.

Fluent in Spanish or another foreign language is a plus, but not necessary.
