To this end, we are seeking an experienced Marketing expert who can join our team and help pave the way toward our new goals.

Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Business Partner will drive our marketing activation efforts in North America to elevate the brand’s presence and evangelize the studios’ work.

A gamer and creative marketer familiar with game development, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the myriad of marketing channels within the industry, and hands-on experience in all angles of content creation, to planning and executing campaigns.

Regional strategic roadmap:

Marketing activation for North America:

  • Own and grow the Virtuos brand reputation to position Virtuos as the leading external service provider for game development in the region.
  • Roll out new regional marketing initiatives, including tactical campaigns, field marketing events, reputation-building activities, and advocacy programs.
  • Work closely with regional business development and recruitment teams to support sales and recruitment engagement, and to drive overall awareness of the brand

Integrated content development:

  • Work closely with Group Marketing as the brand and marketing custodian to enforce consistency across all regional marketing materials according to visual identity and guidelines.
  • Research and develop localized templates and effective content variation to deliver more relatable and actionable material for a local audience.
  • Identify compelling studio success stories and local market engagement opportunities to act on or amplify at the group level.
  • Engage and build rapport with regional production teams to elevate brand and regional marketing efforts by developing quality content and assets.
Qualifications

  • At least 6+ years of experience across gaming, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or related agency work focused on campaign orchestration and execution.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects – planning, budgeting, coordination, and driving KPIs
  • Experience managing products/campaigns with a regional footprint
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business or Marketing

Who we are looking for:

  • Passion for games, or experience working in the video games industry.
  • Strong record of delivering marketing results, partnering with, and enabling sales to achieve company goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team.

  • Creativity in thinking and ability to develop fresh and unique marketing angles
  • Personable with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written English and ability to write high-quality copy.
