Comcast is hiring remote Business Sales Representative (Inbound Sales). Our REMOTE team is responsible for inbound tele-sales efforts of Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers. Bring your SALES EXPERIENCE and take advantage of our BASE PAY and UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Amazing compensation package:

• Base Pay: $17.30/hour (base pay plus targeted commission): $26.69/hour

Core Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Comcast Business Services products or services
• Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis
• Manage the customer relationship from initial call, through close to resolve on the first call or escalate appropriately
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent Comcast Business Services in a professional and courteous manner to prospects and customers
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information and competitive landscape
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• In a virtual environment, Comcast requires a minimum 100mbs speed which is capable of being hard wired into the provided equipment, either through a direct wall input or your router
• Must have "home office" space in your home (See Home Office Requirements below)

• Have a quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities and noise

• Have a steady work surface
