Ashley & Vance Engineering, Inc. seeks highly talented individuals to join our team as a Senior Structural Engineer. We are a growing consulting engineering firm that employs over 90 people in eight branch offices throughout the western United States. Our people are creative, energetic, and forward-thinking. We passionately believe that our people are our brand, and are looking for someone who can contribute to our culture while learning the technical aspects of the profession from a dynamic group of engineers who value mentoring and relationships as well as strong technical skills. Our current openings for this position include our San Luis Obispo office location.
Our ideal Senior Structural Engineer candidate has 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering (with a Structural Emphasis) and has obtained their PE or SE certification. Senior Structural Engineers in our firm prepare structural plans, details, and calculations for more complex projects, provide oversight, mentoring and project management.<br>
