Role Purpose Statement
Responsible for accurate data entry information in SAP and CBASE. Drive cost down through analysis of materials and production processes.
Main Accountabilities
Support as an intermediate between Materials Department and Food Production
Analyze and resolve root cause for variances which will validate operation activities and company revenue
Support in food cost variance reports
Take lead in production planning, ensuring accuracy of CBase production data sheets and customer specifications
Determine production run rates and required capacities for production
Support during material and cycle changes and reallocation of workstations
Identify production schedules with the Production Manager
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Associate degree or higher
One to three years applicable experience
Advanced reconciliation skills required
Self-directed with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required
Process improvement experience required
Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, as well as some experience working with databases
Experience with CBASE is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
