Talent Development Program Manager - Intern Program/Early Career
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Chegg’s Talent Development Team is seeking an Intern/Early Careers Program Manager to the team. This role is built for a utility player; driving initiatives to improve and deliver best in class intern experience, designing and developing content for both early careers and interns and facilitating trainings and running evaluations and after-action sessions. This is a great role for someone who is a creative self-starter. Must be client-focused, detailed oriented, and looking to add to the fun energy of this lean team. This position reports to the Director of Talent Development and will be working from our Headquarters in Santa Clara Office.
What excites you about us:

Owns and drives the entire intern program. Activities include partnering with recruiting vendors and universities, sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, manager and intern orientations, intern and intern manager trainings, event planning, data management, communications, offboarding, and program review.

Plan and execute key events (virtual, in-person and hybrid) and programming, such as orientation, training sessions, social and professional development, mentorship and networking opportunities.

Drives the intern offers and conversion process, providing tactical support to interns and managers as needed.

Resolves and troubleshoots intern program inquires and escalates issues when necessary.

Design and develop an ongoing early careers training program and resources to promote career growth opportunities

Collaborate with Talent Development Admin to administer trainings via Workday Learning Management System (LMS)

Connect and align our values and diversity and inclusion strategy into all aspects of the internship and early career programs.

Be a thought partner, collaborating with the Talent Development team and TA team to create new and innovative processes.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver to managers, interns and Executives.

Actively engaged, instinctively adding high energy and problem solving to the intern and early career program executing on the Talent Development strategy delivering timely, relevant, and company focused content.

Assist in project planning and mapping out company Talent Development calendar.

Proactively engage with all vendors and manage external relationships.

Partner with key stakeholders in the development and execution hiring, trainings and events.
What excites us about you:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in employee experience, HR or other related areas

HR background, PHR/SPHR
-
Training background, including end-to-end course design
-
Experience sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent
-
Experience in process improvement
-
Comfortable handling of larger data sets

Experience building effective learning and development programs using adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Learning, Brinkerhoff’s Success Case Method, etc.)

Experience facilitating adult learnings workshops, classes, and off-sites

Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organization skills

Consistent ability to positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage one’s own deliverables and timelines, while having excellent communication skills, asking for assistance and notifying team of problems/issues early

Multitasking skills is a must!

Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently
The pay range for this position is $96,050 to $237,837. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
