Boylston Staffing is looking for a Team Support Coordinator for a company in the Healthcare Industry located in Norwell.

Job Details:
  • Will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative support to the staff members.
  • Will answer phones and distribute calls to the appropriate person, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, assist with hiring new employees, maintain accurate records, schedule interviews, reference checks, process documents, prepare mailings, order supplies, participate in quarterly meetings, and special projects.
  • A great small team working environment.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to follow policies and procedures, able to work independently, have MS Office skills, and able to establish good working relationships with management.
  • Must have at least a couple of years of office support experience.
  • Must have office support experience!

Job Details:
  • Work Schedule: The hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
  • Salary: Pays $20.00/hr.
