Job description
The Tampa Bay Rays are seeking energetic team players for game day/night positions during the 2023 season. We are looking for outgoing, professional, reliable, and conscientious individuals to round out our part-time Box Office staff. Shifts will include morning, evening and weekends during the regular season. Select shifts will be available outside of the regular season.
Qualified individuals will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Selling tickets to Rays baseball and other events at Tropicana Field.
- Selling tickets to Rowdies soccer and other events at Al Lang.
- An understanding of technology including Pro-Venue.
Potential candidates must have:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Applicants must be available on evenings and weekends for consideration.
- Familiar with both Apple and Android apps and cell phone technology.
