Ensure all communication from patients and providers have timely follow-up and resolution of complaints and concerns. 1 Elevate Day (floating holiday).

At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred). Computer and typing skills required.

Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. Test building security systems, as requested.
