Responsibilities

Demonstrated proactive selling abilities shaped and closed deals not RFx driven

High client facing activity for sales and relationships

Good organization skills to create and nurture diverse teams under them that can scale business

Life experience is good to have but OK to settle for any Insurance

Has extensive connections of their own in LinkedIn

Ability to create complex deals and solutions

Delivery background experience is nice to have Location NJ NY or Charlotte NC with travel readiness
