Position: Procurement Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA
Experience: Previous experience is required; public sector experience preferred
Education: High School Diploma or equivalency required
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18/hr
HB Staffing is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our awesome team!
Job Description:
- Coordinates procurement activities pertaining to the management and maintenance of contracts and agreements; serve as the point of contact in the contract approval routing and distribution.
- Prepares Board and Executive Reports, correspondence, and official records; responds to public records requests.
- Maintains electronic filing folders and contract filing systems, including original contract agreements and amendments; distributes contract documents to parties at interest and upon request; maintains contract logs and related specialized records.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience with a document management system, they use ECMS
- Customer service skills, to deal with stakeholders and vendors
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethic, dependable and reliable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
