JOB DESCRIPTION

The nature of the work is physically demanding; this job will require you to stay active! This is a year-round, position with an salary of $20.00 per hour. Cleaning technicians are expected to be available to work primarily nights or mornings, and weekends.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely dependable, with a strong work ethic. Cleaning technicians must:

• Be able to lift 25 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform a variety of cleaning duties.

• Have a valid driver’s license.

• Have their own legal vehicle for transportation, not borrowed or shared during work hours.

• Have a mobile phone with a data package.

• Be able to pass a criminal background check.
