Hiring immediately for Assemblers on 1st Shift!
** Ryde Racine: We are located on the following Ryde the Bus routes: Route 1, Route 4, and Route 86 (at 21st & Roosevelt Ave). **
API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of transformation. We have a new mission, new leaders, and are accelerating our path to Lean Cultural Change. Our Production team is expanding and we are seeking additional Assemblers for our Racine location.

- Starting Hourly Rate $19.00+ based on experience
- $5000 dollar retention fee after one year of service

What You Will Do:
- Pulls parts to assemble, test and skid/pack per drawings, specifications and procedures.
- Assemble finished products from blueprints to the specification indicated on the blueprints.
- Prepare units for shipment. Constructs skids and boxes as required. Paints, stencils and affixes nameplates as required.
- Maintain tools and equipment provide for the assembly operations.
- Maintain work area in an organized manner.
- Comply with all of the ISO 9001 Quality standards, policies and procedures of API.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
