Hourly rate: $21.50 Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:00pm

The DC coordinators will drive the daily process of a sub-area within the distribution center, including:
  • Waving / Replenishment
  • Customer Service and Order Closure
  • Inventory Control
  • Inbound Planning & Processing
  • Outbound Routing & Key Account Compliance
  • Returns


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:

  • Medium and short range planning analysis of volumes and area staffing levels
  • Key KPI management including reporting, root cause, and corrective action
  • Expertise and execution of WMS functionality for the area including first line troubleshooting with floor associates
  • Key account and business specification expertise and compliance audits including customer freight routing, picking and packing specifications, or inbound vendor compliance forms
  • Contribute to daily stand up meetings with KPIs, daily status, and key reports
  • Drive warehouse execution for seasonal or critical customer initiatives


COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrates a customer and goal oriented mindset that will drive critical work through to completion with quality and timeliness
  • Strong computer and systems skills ideally with prior Warehouse Management System experience
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Process improvement minded with demonstrated root cause capability
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-directed and task oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible in time and schedule as challenges present themselves.


DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree or College degree are preferred
  • Prior experience in warehouse or operational control roles are adequate substitutes
  • Must have valid driver license
