We are looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team on 1st shift. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking items in a frozen warehouse.

This role requires the willingness to work in a cold (reaching -10 degrees F), physically demanding, warehouse environment. We expect our employees to show up on time, work hard, be respectful to co-workers, and work safely.

What you'll be doing:

• Pick and palletize products for delivery the following day.
• Ensure all products leave in good condition.
• Check for proper count, no pests, cleanliness of the trailer, no damaged product, and product. leaves at the correct temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and help with all cleaning schedules.

• Are able to continuously balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Are able to frequently walk, stand, and use hands and fingers.
• Are able to consistently lift 35-50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds from ground and or high elevations.
• Like working in a fast-paced environment.
