2nd Shift Quality Shift Technician Level 1
Responsibilities:
General Quality Activities
- Support Quality Activities as necessary
- Perform weld set-up fixture checks and pull tests daily.
- Lead and perform QAV Audits in production areas
- Answer Quality line calls, as needed.
- Develop, Review and Update Materials to Improve Quality
- Inspection Standards
- Op Standards
- Dimensional Inspection Sheets
- Develop/Maintain Visual Graphs and Charts.
- Monitor and Maintain Hold area
- Manage Change Point Control System
- Sort and contain product as needed.
- PFMEA and Control Plan development experience is a plus.
- Strong Computer Skills and knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read part drawings and specifications is a plus
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Travel when needed and work OT on short notice
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Regular and Prompt Attendance
- Willing and able to work overtime/weekends
