TIME & ATTENDANCE Administrator

WorK Schedule - ONSITE at DFW AIRPORT

2pm --11pm, Days off are (THURSDAY & FRIDAY) flexible on start time

Job Description

The position of time and attendance administrator consists of compiling and posting employee time and payroll data, computing employees' time worked, production and commission, computing and posting wages and deductions, and preparing payroll.

Responsibilities:

Basic functions of this position include:

  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
  • Reconcile hours and exceptions between two time keeping systems – biometric vs. coded.
  • Schedule and manage fingerprinting for all new employees for biometric time system.
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
  • Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
  • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to manage one’s own time and the time of others.
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Demonstrated Ability to Implement Company’s Policy and Procedures According to Handbook
  • Demonstrated Ability to Follow Instructions

Physical Demands:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Salary: $17.10 per hour
