Case Manager Pay Range: $28/hr
Behavior Frontiers, LLC is dedicated to providing research-based ABA treatment to children with autism and other special needs. Case Managers

Behavior Frontiers is pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to advance your career by becoming a Case Manager (BCBA eligible) or Behavior Supervisor (BCBA) for autism programs working out of our Ventura, CA Office. We hope you will join our team to oversee research-based ABA treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorders. As a case manager, you will be able to lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client s progress!
Job Requirements:

• Master s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
• At least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
• BCBA Preferred (will consider BCBA eligible if taking exam within 6 months of being hired)
• Bilingual is a plus!
