Account Administrator
Position Summary
An Account Administrator is responsible for accurate tracking and analysis of job costs, managing customer Purchase Orders, accurate billing, and payroll. They are responsible for data entry, reporting, and analysis of data using several different programs. The Account Administrator must develop and maintain good relationships with the customer representatives to aid in managing and resolving issues with Purchase Orders or billing. The Account Administrator will also perform office duties, such as answering phones, assisting Human Resources, Safety, and Accounting as needed, and general reception duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Team Leaders and Superintendents to process work orders, billing, resource allocations, and payroll
- Review and revise the electronic schedules to ensure accuracy of operations and billing information
- Compare the planned work against actual work to ensure accurate billing and payroll
- Data entry for payroll and billing into the TRACK, Service Fusion, and CCDTS software platforms
- Generate reports for billing and payroll analysis
- Work with Accounting, managers, and employees to resolve payroll issues
- Manage and track Purchase Orders and the job costs associated with each Purchase Order
- Work directly with customer representatives to manage issues with Purchase Orders and billing
- Analyze job costs to prepare and submit monthly reports to the customer
- Analyze gate logs to ensure employees are in and out of the plant on time and as scheduled
Knowledge and Skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills a MUST
- Basic use of computers and Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and analyze data
- Ability to multi-task operational and administrative duties without losing focus or accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with direct reports, peers, employees, and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
