Job Summary
Medicom is looking for a hardworking, resilient, and dedicated individual that is responsible for developing and expanding a defined territory. This individual will have a concrete understanding of our product suite and ability to help prospective customers identify areas that can be resolved by our solution. They will be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing new business opportunities. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Support, Implementations, and Product Development.
- Prospect new business opportunities within a defined territory.
- Identify prospects' needs and educate them on new products and features that will improve their workflow.
- Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, while being able to report on the pipeline appropriately.
- Work with products and services to have the most current knowledge on new products, features, and pricing plans.
- Execute new revenue opportunities to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Report to the Director of Customer Success on a weekly basis to discuss strategy and progress.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales experience within the healthcare IT or a related technology field.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills for working with all levels of customers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interest in data analytics.
