Here we GROW again! LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking an Account Executive with strong Medicare / Medicaid experience within the NJ and NY markets.

Position is open to Hybrid and will report from our Shrewsbury, NJ office. Must be able to commute to Uniondale, NY as needed.

This position will establish and maintain relationships with key clients and works with senior executives to develop business strategies, for LIBERTY Dental Plan, in the marketplace.

Essential Duties:

• Liaison between client and other company departments
• Coordinates new group implementation including managing implementation meetings
• Preparing for and participating in employee orientation and open enrollment meetings
• Provides data reporting to clients
• Maintains contact with assigned clients on a regular schedule via phone, correspondence and in person to monitor and enhance service
• Implements new product offerings
• Consults with clients on regulatory issues affecting plan
• Represents company at client, industry or professional meetings/events
• Position requires travel and use of personal vehicle
• Helps resolve escalated group/member issues
• Promotes and supports a teamwork culture and environment
• Ensures interactions remain positive and professional with all persons with whom you interact in the course of your work both internally and externally
• Supports coordination of reporting requirements due to clients
• Supports coordination of auditing needs due to clients

Education and/or Experience:

• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of account management / relationship management experience
• Dental or Healthcare industry experience
• Strong Medicare / Medicaid experience in NY/NJ Markets

• Dental industry knowledge a plus

Environment and/or Physical Factors:

Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Sedentary work involves extensive sitting, typing, close range vision most of the time.
