Account Manager for Experiential Graphics / Artwork /Signage Business (Plymouth & Troy)
Image 360, a growing and dynamic experiential graphics / signage / art services company seeks a
motivated, personable professional with interior design and/or artwork knowledge and
experience in serving commercial clientele. We are a fun and uniquely capable group of talented

The Account Manager is an integral part of the success of each project and works closely with
other team members to coordinate details towards the production and installation of artwork,
displays and other refinements within our clients’ environments. Our customer base is
predominately healthcare, commercial property management and hospitality businesses.
Purpose
This position holds the responsibility of generating revenue through sales from an existing
customer base with an emphasis on providing an outstanding client experience. Employing a
consultative sales process, the Account Manager manages several forms of client communication
to uncover needs, provide solutions and lead the project process through completion. Frequent
visits to customer locations are commonplace. Role includes development of interior experiential
design, artwork and/or signage concepts, selections, budgets display alternatives as well as
relationship management, proposal development and presentations.
Job responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs
- Quality assurance and client service of outgoing jobs
- Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client
- service, timeliness and quality.
- Systematic estimate management and follow up
- Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 4 years business-to-business and /or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in the interior design, artwork or sign/graphic industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite helpful, but not mandatory
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
