We are looking for an Account Manager to join RVO Health and support our Healthgrades brand. Do you gain energy from strategic thinking while also rolling up your sleeves to manage projects? This individual will be responsible for sustainable and measurable client value via a consultative approach, and partners with internal stakeholders in strategy, sales, product management, and marketing to drive revenue growth and retention across accounts, products, and markets.

What You'll Do

  • Creative and strategic problem solving for accounts and developing the strategies needed to help clients make informed decision through a consultative sales approach
  • Utilize forecasting and business analytical skills to take advantage of opportunities and to expand relationships
  • Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams, to identify key strategies to maximize client accounts
  • Increase customer satisfaction, visibility, and client endorsement regarding the measurable results and tangible value of HG's programs among key client stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance in the areas of patient acquisition and retention, market development, quality transparency including benchmarking & measurement, competitive differentiation, and Elective specialty strategies
  • Assist with conducting competitive market analysis to help formulate go to market plans
  • Monitor campaign performance to identify performance risks and optimization opportunities, resolve live campaign issues, implement improvements, and ensure results are maximized
  • Assist internal stakeholders with reviewing and analyzing product / solution performance and client feedback to help guide the development, enhancement, and implementation of new products / solutions and develop new revenue growth opportunities
  • Assist the sales team in developing go to market communications and materials for products and services
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions and their past performance history
  • Facilitate new account launches, existing account maintenance, and all product enhancements
  • Serve as an ongoing educator for client and best practices for Elective specialties
  • Be a customer consultant. Analyze the customer's use of the product and identify trends and success metrics by running reports with our data tools
  • Share opportunities with clients for greater efficiency, optimization and ROI
  • Prioritize and surface issues that may lead to client attrition risk
  • Be a Project Manager (even without the certification) to coordinate and influence internal and external teams to resolve escalated client issues

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working directly with clients and demonstrating responsibility for strategic client relationship management and consultation
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively navigate and drive results in a highly complex, matrix environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Public speaking experience
  • Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact and influence
  • Solid negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and ability to follow directions
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, and services
  • Experience with managing payer accounts
  • Project management-oriented organizational skills
  • Act as a collaborative worker and foster a positive work environment
  • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (25%)

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $60,000-$85,000
    • Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
