The Account Manager II will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate services. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. The ideal candidate for this role must be located in Mason, OH or surrounding areas.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product family's opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics)
  • Be the seller partners' consultant, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize success and grow the business
  • Identify key business opportunities of the categories via spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners' business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement
  • Work closely with selling partners, educating them about Honeywell’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information, and publish recommendations & action plans for the portfolio of selling partners
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of the selling partners portfolio
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Previous sales experience


WE VALUE

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • E-Commerce, Retail, General merchandise, or supply chain experience
