Angel City is looking for an Account Manager, Premium Ticketing, to support the growth of Angel City FC’s fan base and ticketing department. Providing thoughtful, strategic servicing to our Season Ticket Holders and fans is paramount to Angel City’s success. This role will report to the Senior. Manager, Client Hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership, including renewal, upsell, and referrals
- Build relationships and provide best-in-class service to your book of Premium Season Ticket Holders
- Drive a solutions-oriented culture by implementing positive leadership behavior
- Proactively engage enthusiastic base of Premium Season Ticket Holders; oversee new customer onboarding and education
- Execute Season Ticket Holder touchpoint campaigns and benefits programs
- Create exceptional, memorable experiences for Season Ticket Holders through game-day opportunities and events
- Host client meetings and potential client presentations on a regular basis; attend team, community, and other events for purpose of maximizing client relationships
- Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels
- Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket booths and tables

Requirements:
- A minimum of three years working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
- Experience managing daily, monthly, and annual expectations
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of high level, quantitative service success
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team-player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from assigned account base in a timely and professional manner
- Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics, Salesforce, and Tableau
