General Description

This position will be a member of the accounting / finance team supporting the Company. The primary role of this position is to process vendor invoices, expense reports and cash and credit card transactions and support the monthly close and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Follows up with Company personnel or vendors on outstanding issues.

• Review and process bank and credit card transactions in an accurate and timely manner.

• Review and process employee expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including credit card and bank accounts

• Reviews, identifies errors, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports

• Supports the monthly close process by calculating and preparing journal entries, including supporting documentation.

• Prepare annual filings for Form 1099 and Form 3921 tax requirements.

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, polices, work procedures and instructions.

• Communicates with coworkers, management and others in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus minimum of two years of accounting experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with processing transactions in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and a expense management system

• Ability to proficiently use Excel
