Mehta Engineering, a 45 year civil engineering and construction management company, is looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Winter Park, FL area.

The Candidate will be responsible for assisting in multiple departments.

Responsibilities/Job Duties included but not limited to:

- Assist the accounting department with AP, Payroll etc. (prefer candidate has prior accounting experience)

- Vehicle/Fleet Management and Tracking

- Filing paperwork and managing the file system for client files, etc.

- Note taking/attend meetings

- General administrative tasks

- Preparing documents/proof reading

-Reporting/Microsoft Office

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of Administrative experience strongly preferred

- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting strongly preferred

- Experience working in civil engineering and construction management preferred
- Must have strong communication, note-taking and organizational skills
- Proficient with all of MS Office with strong Excel skills along with other general office software experience preferred.

CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILE RADIUS of WINTER PARK, FL TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
