The HT Group is looking for Accounting Assistant in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Pay is $17-$18/hr.
Duties:
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Answer all incoming calls, direct call to the appropriate department, take detailed and accurate messages.
- Data entry for A/P, A/R, collections, and payroll
- Utilize ERP Software
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks (enter bills, pay bills, AR/AP reports) and issue invoices.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies and warehouse supplies and report when there are shortages
- Filing, Scanning
- Receive materials and keep track of all the material invoicing
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Requirements:
- One year of relevant work experience
- Previous experience with ERP Systems
- Previous experience with Invoicing, AP, AR, Collections, and Payroll
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass a background check – No felonies, theft, or violent charges
- Must pass a drug screening
