Paramount Transportation Systems, Inc. is currently recruiting a local full-time, entry level Accounting Assistant for our San Marcos, California location.

Duties include:

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Data entry
• Frequent communication with agents in offices worldwide
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent internal customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Precise written and verbal communication
• Basic but solid computer and math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure

Qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate either experience with a record of accomplishment in the above job duties; or the training and solid foundation upon which the candidate will develop and grow with on-the-job experience.
