Key responsibilities include:
Maintain accounting database; update documents and records.
Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.
Monitoring inventory transactions.
Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
Preparing monthly journal entries as needed.
Special projects as required.
Coordinate with accounting to ensure that all product costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Needed:
Minimum of 1 year accounting experience.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational ability.
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 per hour
