We are looking for someone interested in an entry level position who is willing to grow with the company.
Essential Functions:
- High volume data entry.
- Review, fact-check and process invoices for payout.
- Accurately input and update information into various computer programs.
- Support Bookkeeping - AR/AP department when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ data entry experience or AP/AR experience.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word, Net Suite, Google Drive.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Proficient with 10-key.
- Advanced mathematical skills.
- Must possess attention to detail.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Dependency is a must.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
