This position is a Full Time, Direct Hire position with benefits!

An international beverage company is seeking for a qualified Accounting Coordinator who has experience in financial reports, GL, financial audit and federal and state tax filings for minimum of 3 years.

This company has been around for more than 80 years and they are airing commercial on National TV and able to locate their product at most major grocery stores. Their products are the world's leading probiotic beverage.

Job Description

The Accounting Coordinator will support the Accounting Department by performing accurate and timely accounting information to his/her supervisor

· Assist Accounting Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual internal financial reports and consolidation report to parent company

· Assist Accounting Manager to reconcile and analyze GL accounts

· Assist Accounting Manager to analyze and reconcile material cost

· Assist Accounting Manager to reconcile monthly and annual inventory physical count

· Assist Accounting Manager to prepare necessary information for financial audit and federal and state tax filings

· Assist Accounting Manager to file government reports on time

· Manage all administrative duties and additional projects assigned by the Accounting Manager, CFO and CEO.

· Manage and control Accounts Payable and Receivable main duty such as accurately and timely payment to/from vendors/customer according to company and departmental policies and procedures

· Post monthly journal entries created by Accounting Assistants

· Assist and support Accounting Assistants to perform their duties effectively

· Assist and support Accounting Assistants to analyze and reconcile fixed assets and annual physical count

· Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

· 5 years + of corporate accounting, fixed asset accounting and reconciliation experience

· Financial report, financial audit, GL, tax experience is a must

· The position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Accounting software knowledge (using Microsoft system)

· Experience preferred in computer-based ledger systems

· Must be able to work with little supervision

· Must be a team player and take initiative
